We found Rita Wright on Zillow when we asked her to set up a visit to a home we were interested in seeing. At the time, my husband and I were not ready to buy a new home, but were starting to research what was on the market in our area. Rita impressed us right away with her responsiveness; she scheduled an appointment to tour the house and then later she came to our home to give us her thoughts on what we would need to do to get it sale-ready. Over the course of the next few years, Rita hung in there with us as we looked at homes and made some improvements to the one we were living in. After about 3 years, we finally put an offer in on our dream house and it was accepted.
